This E-Book is a beginner's training plan specificially designed for those who are new to lifting weights. This plan will introduce you to the world of weight lifting. It includes many common queries new exercisers may have.
This plan is for those who would prefer to exercise at home with their at-home equipment. A gym environment is not essential and if you would prefer to do your workout sessions at home, this will help you to do so.
