This is a 1 month membership to a private Facebook group in which you will have all access to Workouts.
Workouts will include Legs and Bum, Shoulders and Back, Bodyweight exercises, HIIT Workouts as well as splits and dance training. Workouts will change each week and there will be a new schedule pinned to the top of the group each week also.
You can watch the Workouts and join in live or watch at a later time when is most convenient for you.
*Please Note that I am a Qualified Level 2 instructor (Level 3 exam coming soon!) so you are in capable hands*
You can sign up and join in at any time and renew each month or drop in at a month that suits you and take a month off if that is what you prefer.
